Updated the logic for the 'X' button to better distinguish between attacking and picking up items when players are dodging or respawning.
Dodging and newly respawned players now count when determining if X should be a pickup vs attack.

Auto-pickup is now more biased toward the front, making it easier to grab items while moving forward and harder to accidentally grab items behind you.
Shifted the player auto-pickup radius further in front of the user.

Item pickup priority now correctly accounts for vertical distance.
Fixed bug where item pickups were ignoring how close they were on the y axis for determining priority.
