Introduces an option in settings to select the audio output device, with default following Windows' default device.

When set to default, audio output follows the Windows audio setting changes (hotplugging active).

When set to a specific non-default device, hotplugging is disabled and sound sticks to the chosen device even if Windows changes.

Audio output device setting is persisted in the save data.

Audio hotplugging is always disabled in special tournament builds, including for the default value.
