  Wrapped opponents will have their ECB bottom frozen, effectively grounding the ECB to allow floorhug mechanics that were previously blocked by dynamic ECB behavior.

  ECB is treated as grounded when opponents are wrapped to restore floorhug viability introduced by dynamic ECBs.
