     Introduced 'SleepThresholdMs' config option; default is 10ms to reduce CPU usage, while -1 restores high-performance 100% CPU behavior.

     Added config option to control server thread sleep to balance CPU usage and jitter.

     Server thread now sleeps when empty, significantly lowering idle CPU consumption.

     Server now sleeps when no players are connected.
