     Hip-fire spread is now increased for all operators when a Ballistic Shield is equipped, primarily impacting Fuze, Montagne, and Blitz.

     Standardized hip-fire penalty for all operators with shields.

   • ▼🔁ReworkMeleedamageLethal→DBNO

     Melee attacks with a Ballistic Shield now only injure and put opponents into DBNO instead of killing them.

     Melee no longer kills instantly.
