The required pause time for a player's first pause has been reduced from 60 to 30 seconds.
Reduced the wait time for the first pause to be available.

Players are now limited to 3 pauses per match instead of 5.
Reduced the total number of pauses allowed per match.

Fixed an issue that caused players to become stuck in the Multiplayer Pause menu after a match completed.
Fixed a menu hang issue.
