     Introduced the ability to craft Capotia accessories using Yona's Fragments and other materials.

     Added ingredients for Necklace, Belt, Earring, and Ring.

     Capotia accessories can now be enhanced. Failure reduces enhancement level and durability instead of destroying the item.

     Can be enhanced using the same accessory; does not destroy on fail.

     Capotia Necklace AP scales from 25 (Basic) up to 30 (PEN).
