Major updates to Shai's mobility, a revamp of the gear Devour system, and the introduction of craftable and enhanceable Capotia accessories.

- Shai is now able to ride horses, removing the previous restriction that limited her to donkeys.→Added
- Hunting Matchlock:Shai can now use the Hunting Matchlock while riding a horse.→Added

- Florang Skills:Adjusted the minimal damage of Florang attack skills in PvP to be more effective.very low→adjusted
