     Stage Coach gains an additional upgrade tier allowing Level 4 recruits to appear, expanding mid-game recruitment options.

     Experience Recruit requirements simplified to enable easier access to upgraded hires early.

     Stagecoach can now generate recruits using a Deck-based system, biasing toward healer roles and allowing an optional toggle.

     New generation method favoring healers; toggleable in Options.
