     Active chips are now limited to 4, and when the 4 slots are full, picking up a new active lets you choose which one to replace.

     In-game rule now limits active chips to 4 slots.

     Added the option to replace an existing active chip when a new one is picked up, enabling dynamic chip management.

     New interaction for replacing existing active chips when new ones are picked up.
