  Galvan can now cancel the taunt earlier? Note: statement in patch says 'This value was much lower than intended, allowing Galvan to cancel the taunt in the middle of the action.' This indicates a fix to pause/interrupt taunt earlier, effectively nerfing Galvan's taunt cancel window.
