  Neutral Special's gem projectile will now go into the Broken state when trading with another projectile instead of being instantly destroyed.

  Non-Special attacks that can cancel into Gem Dash can now only do so in the first 3 frames. Previously, attacks could cancel into Gem Dash up to 11 frames.
