     Tongued and Bubbled state pushes no longer allow opponent characters to push Ranno, preventing unwanted stage control issues.

     Opponent can no longer push Ranno while in the Tongued or Bubbled states.

   • ≈🐛Bug fixpoison bubble interaction

     Poison bubbles no longer affect opponents already bubbled, preventing stacking or redundant effects.

     Poison bubble will ignore already-bubbled opponents.
