     Added the ability to cancel ongoing Havoc missions from the terminal to prevent players from being stuck.

     Players can now cancel stuck missions at the cost of a deployment charge.

     Introduced the ability to demote an Assignment Rank to receive a new, lower-rank assignment.

     Players can demote rank to get a new assignment.

     Participants now appear on the Havoc menu.
