Resolved a bug in networking code that prevented inventory, skills, and crafting UI from appearing. Some users with very large inventories may still see a brief delay while data populates, but the UI now shows correctly.

Fixed the /dance emote so players can heal other players' wounds again.

Dancers have been removed from the TPL Space Station as a result of healing fix.
