Halloween event update featuring Twitch Drops, a new candy exchange event, themed outfits, and various system bug fixes and optimizations.

- Fixed an issue where Handbook rewards could not be claimed properly.
- Excess purchases of limited items will now automatically convert into equivalent Rose Orbs.

- Fixed an issue where certain item acquisition sources were displayed incorrectly in the Exchange Store.
- Fixed a text overflow issue in the chat window.
- Fixed issues where matching could not be manually stopped and the matching button remained visible when re-entering.
- Fixed an issue where quests could be lost when switching screens during progress.
- Fixed an issue where character models were not fully displayed during dialogue.
