     Localization update adding plus signs to positive damage and crit modifiers.

   • ≈🛠QoLnarration subtitles—→Ensured playback when narration system not initialized

     Make sure subtitles play when narration system isn't initialized.

   • ≈🛠QoLsanitarium activity log—→Remove flavor text when explicit buff description is active

     Removes flavor text description in sanitarium/activity log if an explicit buff description is active.
