Minor balance adjustments to weapons, map spawn/capture points for Attack and Defend and CTF, and a boundary fix for Vyron.

- VyronFixed a network-related issue that allowed Vyron to access out-of-bounds areas.

- Spawn locations for both attackers and defenders at B1, B2, and C2 have been optimized.

- The G.T.I. base location in Capture the Flag has been adjusted.
- Initial vehicle spawn location for G.T.I. has been adjusted.
- Initial infantry spawn location for G.T.I. has been adjusted.
- Hot ZoneSights and attachments for certain weapon presets have been adjusted.
