     Easier access to early herbs.

     Increased the drop rate of Fallen Embers as players were running out too quickly.

     More embers for the system.

     Decreased the drop rate of Plagued Items to maintain their status as specialized gear for advanced players.

     Made them more exclusive for advanced builds.

     Fixed an issue where players could not exalt items if they had items locked in house chests.

     Fixed chest locking issue.
