Fixed UI loading issues for inventory, skills, and crafting; healing emote (/dance) can now heal others and associated dancers removed from TPL Space Station.

- GeneralResolved a bug in networking code that prevented inventory, skills, and crafting UI from appearing. Some users with very large inventories may still see a brief delay while data populates, but the UI now shows correctly.
