Hotfix patch that auto-recovers from PlayerSettings.json load failures by backing up the corrupt file and restoring defaults.

- If PlayerSettings.json fails to load, the game creates a backup named PlayerSettings_BACKUP.json and loads a new default settings file.→BackupCreatedAndDefaultsLoaded
