A hotfix addressing various mission progression blockers, UI bugs, and movement issues in the Blue Hole.

- Missions
- Fixed an issue where Dave could become uncontrollable while hiding behind rocks during the Manta Ray photography mission.
- Fixed a progression blocker in the 'Lost Baby Manatee' mission where clearing the entrance too early prevented access to the next area.
- Sushi Restaurant
- Fixed missing text in the pop-up window when sending ingredients to the Branch.
- Show Menu:Fixed an issue where the 'Show Menu' button did not respond to mouse clicks.
- Sea ExplorationFixed a collision bug that allowed some characters to pass through map terrain.
- GeneralFixed UI overlapping issues that occurred in certain circumstances.
