Build #62 - Item storage revamp!
Major overhaul to the item storage system introducing persistent world placement and Lost & Found sheds at stations.

- Item Storage
- Items thrown away now stay in the world instead of respawning in the player's inventory.Always→Removed
- New Lost & Found sheds have been added to every station to allow players to retrieve lost items.→Added
- Player-owned items are now saved at their real-world locations if they are not in the inventory or lost.No→Yes

- Items left inside locomotives and cars will now remain there instead of disappearing.No→Yes
- If a locomotive or car is deleted/despawns, any items left inside are automatically moved to a Lost & Found shed.Lost→Lost & Found
