Localization patch adding Russian and Mandarin Chinese support, alongside various bug fixes and crash resolutions.

- Applied a tentative fix for players who were not receiving rewards after successfully extracting from a round.
- Fixed crashes occurring during match loading and when using consumable items like lanterns.

- Fixed map display errors when joining single-target missions after multi-target missions.
- Fixed bugs causing 'No events logged' messages and incorrect summary screen messages due to server communication slowdowns.
- Electric LampOn/Off function:Fixed a bug where the lamp's function would bind to an empty tool slot instead of its own equipped slot.
