Darkest Dungeon Build #14609 Hotfix (PC/MAC/LINUX)
Hotfix addressing localization, town events, unit leveling, audio, AI skills restoration, entity despawns, and crash fixes.

- Resolved an issue allowing infinite building upgrades during the Labor Force town event.→Fixed infinite building upgrades from ‘Labor Force’ town event
- Arbalest would gain two levels from a Town Event; this has been corrected to standard leveling.→Fixed Arbalest double leveling from Town Event
- Jester now properly gains levels when a Town Event occurs.→Fixed Jester not leveling from Town Event
- Ensures Brigand Barrel despawns upon Vvulf defeat to prevent lingering spawns.→Brigand Barrel will now despawn when Vvulf is slain
- Town Event BuffsFixed an issue where Town Event buffs were not saved correctly.→Town Event Buffs saved properly
- General Crash Fixes
- Resolved multiple crash scenarios during save loading to improve stability.→Fixed crashes when loading saves
- Additional crash fixes included to reduce instability across sessions.→Various crash fixes
