Minor bug fixes addressing grenade animations, inventory limits, and map collision issues on Dust 2 and Inferno.

- GrenadesFixed a bug that allowed players to pick up more grenades than the intended maximum limit.

- Fixed a bug where grenade throw animations would get stuck when switching hands.
- Fixed a bug where the same grenade type couldn't be thrown multiple times without switching to another weapon first.
- Smoke Grenade:Fixed a visual bug where smoke grenades would appear lit as if a flashbang detonated inside them.
- Dust 2Fixed a spot above mid doors where grenades would fall through the world.
- InfernoFixed a spot where weapons could fall through the world.
