General fixes addressing Kung Lao's gear visuals, Augment experience bugs, and Meter regeneration issues.

- General
- Fixed an issue where certain gear pieces prevented Augments from awarding their Experience bonuses.
- Fixed a rare issue where Chip Avoided or Last Breath could cause an invalid Offensive/Defensive Meter regeneration rate.
- Fixed a rare issue where Meter regeneration could become invalid if the meter was not filled to maximum over multiple rounds.
- KryptThe Kollector’s Trading Table now correctly displays the available inventory.

- Kung LaoThe Swaggering Shaolin Hat now displays the correct visual and is properly unlocked for players.→Fixed
